What is professional coaching all about?
What Isn't coaching about? How would I start?
Coaching is the art form of working with individuals who WANT TO GROW and achieve new results in their lives. Coaching is not therapy and is not designed to work through the issues of the past, but instead, coaching focuses on where you are RIGHT NOW and helps you make quality decisions to move beyond your present limitations.

As coaches, we partner with some very skilled counsellors and therapists and can help you connect with them should their be a need, however, if you are ready to face your fears, pay the price of discipline up front instead of the price of regret on the back end, then you are ready to start this journey and we are only a call away.

Why Have A Coach?
For us, vulnerability is a word that could scare a lot of people away... however, what if we were no longer afraid to look inside and face ourselves but instead focused on the opportunity that facing our fears could reveal. For us, we are a product of the product. We cannot give away what we do not first possess. When we decided to become coaches, we first had to seek out others that we respected, who had a perspective in life, and sometimes a result in their life, that we wanted in ours. We still lean into these people today.
For you, this decision will be based on desiring to connect with others instead of just correcting. It will be about developing insight to see what you currently do not see. It will be about understanding the power of reflection and the opportunity within vulnerability which will lead you to build resilience which is the ability to walk THROUGH the storm instead of getting beaten up by it. It will also be about becoming the best version of yourself, the best parent you can become, the best friend and spouse, the best son or daughter. It will also be about boundaries... how to set and maintain them, who has the right to influence you, who does not, and how you can stop giving your power away.
Why have a coach? Let's ask this a different way... why should you NOT have a coach? Money? Can you actually afford NOT to have a coach in your life? Time? How have you been using your time thus far? Do you invest it in high quality relationships or do you just casually spend or even waste your most precious commodity? Pain? Yes, coaching can be a painful, introspective process, but we have learned that there are two types of pain in this world... the pain of discipline and the pain of regret. You must choose your pain.
So what will it be? Are you ready to invest in yourself? Are you ready to become the best version of you FOR you?
